Digital HSE Management (the "App") is developed and operated by Mustafa Dil under the Yelizon studio name (the "developer"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App collects, uses, and protects information when you use it. Digital HSE Management is a browser-based Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management platform intended for use by construction and industrial organizations. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information Collected
The App collects only the information needed to operate the App:
Account information: your email address and password, used to sign you in to your account.
Organizational information: your company identifier and assigned role (for example manager, HSE officer, or contractor). This is used to show you the correct data for your organization and enforce role-based access.
Safety records you create: the content you enter into the App, such as incident reports, safety observations, and work permits. These records may include descriptions, locations, dates, and references to personnel.
Photos: images you attach to incident reports as evidence.
Diagnostic information: service providers used by the App may collect standard technical and diagnostic data (such as performance and error information) to keep the App reliable.
2. How Your Information Is Used
To authenticate you and secure access to your account; to store, organize, and display the safety data belonging to your organization; to enforce role-based access, so users only see information appropriate to their role and company; and to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the App.
3. Service Providers
Digital HSE Management uses Google Firebase to provide core functionality, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Storage. Data you enter, including photos you upload, is stored on Google's secure infrastructure on behalf of the developer. Google's handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and the Firebase Privacy and Security documentation.
4. How Your Information Is Shared
Your data is accessible only within your own organization, according to the role-based permissions configured for your company. The developer does not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for advertising. Information may be disclosed only where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.
5. Data Retention
The developer retains your information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting the developer at the address below; the developer will delete it unless it must be retained to meet legal or safety-record obligations.
6. Data Security
Data is transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored using the security controls provided by the App's service providers. Access is restricted through authentication and role-based rules. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
7. Children's Privacy
Digital HSE Management is a workplace tool and is not directed to children. The developer does not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact the developer using the details below. Depending on your location, additional rights may apply under laws such as the GDPR or KVKK.
